am depressed and unhappy abt my debts to credit cards

You are in debt due to spending more money then you have. You had choices and made the choice to live as you do and to be owing others money. You really should not be unhappy about it, you got what you wanted.

Sorry for your loss. Nobody will pay your debts for you since nobody here even knows you. I hope you have live insuance but if not you may have to dip into your retirement savings. You can get your ROTH contributions before you are 59.5 or borrow on your 401K then pay it back or convert to withdrawal when you leave the job hopefully after 59.5 but get back to work being home more than a week or so will make you more depressed.

I'm feeling so, so, touched that I can't let this go by, I'm a wee
bit frustrated as I've just come from a charity function in Houston, Renfrewshire,Scotland.I don't publicly get involved but on this occasion I believe I may "DISCREETLY" be able to help. One thing from you I need proof!! sell the "Big Issue" for 2 weeks then you can sit at my table and talk!!!.

If you are truly in credit card debt due to bereavement, most credit card companies will work with you. They have "hardship programs" and will take smaller payments to get you back on track.
