Eat less calories, exercise, stay away from high fat foods-red meat,butter,mayo,high fat salad dressings. You have to run 35 miles to burn a pound of bodyfat--its easier to not put it in your mouth in the first place.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way. No magic pill and even if you have surgery, if you don't exercise afterwards, you'll end up right back to where you were before the surgery. Just work out for 45 minutes to an hour a day. And make it fun, buy an mp3 player and have fun jogging or doing some aerobic exercises. The more you sweat, the faster you'll lose!

As long as you are not on anti-thyroid medication then take a sea kelp tablet once a day before meals along with a glass of filtered water containing cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon per 250ml.
To help curtail the appetite:
chew fennel seeds or drink fennel tea. This is an ancient remedy from the Greek Physician Dioscorides for suppressing the appetite.

Try to walk briskly at least once a day.

Apart form this - try to relax and not worry as stress hormones impact badly on your health.

There is no easy way but it helps to increase your cardio time and lift weights to raise the metabolism and decrease your amount of food intake.

Wrap yourself in saran,wear a rain suit or a sauna suit,while sleeping.Use an extra blanket!
Eat less , No Coce...Do some exercise...

One easy, simple thing you can do... Do you drink soft drinks? (coke, pepsi, etc) Give them up, or switch to diet. One sugar soft drink a day for a year adds up to fifteen pounds a year...FIFTEEN POUNDS!!! Mind-boggling, eh?
