SpyLocked, iesafteylist, awebsecurity is the latest rogue anti-spyware program to come out from the makers of SpyDawn and Virusburst. awebsecurity is installed by a trojan called Zlob, which attempts to trick you into buying the alleged anti-spyware program. Once you're infected with awebsecurity, a fake security message similar to a Windows notification pops up saying your PC is infected with malware. This SpyLocked message is used to lure you into purchasing, downloading and installing their program to remove the imaginary spyware.
they may also automatically launch at your computer's startup and scan your computer. SpyLocked can be extremely difficult to remove manually, and will continue to try to recreate itself.
This will remove it, free.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware

Dr.Antispy is what is commonly called "rogue antispyware." Rogue antispyware programs are programs which advertise they are antispyware programs when in fact they are just the opposite. There is a free utility Rogue Remover, which removes a number of rogue antispyware programs (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/RogueRemover_FREE/1167150912/1). It received high ratings from computer users like yourself. I checked the database of rogue antispyware programs removed by Rogue Remover and it contains Dr. Antispy (http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover_database_history.php)
"...Version 139 (6/29/07)
[Added]
AntieSpiaDorado, AntieSpionsPack, AntiGusanos2008, AntiSpionage, AntiSpionagePro, AntiSpywareSuite, AntiVer2008, AntiWorm2008, AntiWurm2008, DefenseAntiMalware, FiltroDeTrojan, GoldenAntiSpy, KeineGefahr, MenaceRescue, MenaceSecure, OrantieSpion, PornoPlayer, RescateDeAmenazas, TrojanerFilter, TrojansFilter, TrojansFiltre, VirusHeal
[Updated]
DrAntispy, Rogue.Infector, Rogue.Misc, Video ActiveX Access..."
Rogue Remover is not your typical antispyware program since it focuses solely on rogue software. For more comprehensive antispyware protection, try the fre Lavasoft's Ad Aware, Spybot's Search & Destroy and Microsoft's Windows Defender (www.filehippo.com). Unfortunately, the free programs are just not on par with commercial programs like Spyware Doctor and SpySweeper, bothof which have been shown to remove >90% of spyware - free programs remove <70%.

I Read Classic's answer and agree with most of what he said.
Google "superantispyware" and read up on it before you download it. PCMAG does not think to highly of this program.
Try AD-Aware 2007 and SpyBot Search and Destroy 1.4 in addition to what ever else you try. NO Anti-Spy Ware Program is 100% effective.
Be aleart to self serving pop up alearts like the one you have.
