Well, lets see now. We shop online, pay taxes online, pay bills online, have sex online, interract socially online, date online, why not have jail sentences online. Of course, it would have to be restricted to a site that is truly a punishment but also seeks to rehabilitate. Yahoo!Answers!! Your country needs you!

No but thats a gamers dream. You would see more gamers getting this jail sentence to play World Of Warcraft and other RPG's for 18 hours straight.

I can imagine that... my job requires that kind of "sentence." While sitting in front of a computer can be mind-numbing and leave your eyes exhausted, there is no comparison to having your personal freedom taken from you and being physically confined. It also does not control your contact with other people, which confinement does.
