How these things even get filed is beyond me. Any attorney filing such garbage should be immediately disbarred!

If this was a trick question I might of missed something. You have the Varsity team & the JV team----The varsity usually consits of juniors and seniors (11th & 12 grade), the JV usually the FRESHMAN and sophomore class (9th&10th). The Fishers are saying because the varsity allowed one extra person on the squad, so should the JV squad. The JV squad cheerleaders have another two to three years to get on the cheerleading squad. The Varsity is seniors, it is their last chance or juniors who have one more shot to make the team. We know Fisher is a freshman and has three more chances to make the squad. So no, they should not bother to file a law suit because their daugther has Three more chances at making the cheer leading squad in the future. I don't think they are taking law suits for granted because this news (note) was released before the papers where filed.
