My Chevy dealer offers EXCELLENT support, service, and warranty guarantees. When my car was new, I had to take it into the service shop for leaking oil. Everything was fixed properly and didn't cost me a cent. I have a Chevy Lumina now, upgraded from a Chevy Cavalier. It is a 6 cylinder, automatic everything, I couldn't ask for a more comfortable riding car, economical on gas, and a dealership which stands behind its products. I highly recommend Chevy's.

With the exception of one GM dealership, I've always found their dealerships to be very accommodating. They have provided me with a courtesy vehicle while under warranty. After the warranty expired, one GM dealership 'leased' me a Cavalier for $5.95 for the entire day while they were servicing my car. They only requested that I replace the gas I used. Chrysler has been the brand I've had the most issues with . . . as far as service quality that is.

I worked at gm garages for the last 16 yrs in North Dakota all 3 of the dealerships would give you a ride if it was a deal like fixing a hose something quick and easy. most cases if veh was disabled they would get a loaner or a rental car for you. warranty pays for this. keep in mind rentals they get if you had a cavalier don't expect a cadi to drive. hope this helps good luck

Chevrolet offers some of the best support and service for their vehicles in the field. With the help of my previous "crew", we were always able to be #1 in Washington, DC and rated tops with AAA and Checkbook Magazine. I was with this dealership for 21 years.

Yes, I'll second that about GM standing behind their product. Never had any issues w/ GM not standing behind their trucks and/or trucks. A good dealer will bend over backward to help you w/ any problem that 'might' come up after the purchase.
Good luck!

Yes Chevy dealers will stand behind there product.
If you purchase a new car and have full coverage insurance.
They will even come pick up the car fix it and deliver it back to you.

first of all i love my chevy, i will not take it to the brown and brown chevy in bradley / bourbonnais IL. i took it to them once, and when i got it back my head lights didn't work, it was still overheating so they said they checked everthing out, but didn't- because of the problem i had with it(headers on beretta) they broke my hood latch and never told me 45 min later when i got home i seen it and b*tched them out. needless to say i will not take nothing back their. and they had to refund my money on things they said they fixed. all dealerships are different just check them out before you leave your car their and make sure nothing else is broke or gone.
