10^4 = 10*10*10*10 = 10000.

Anything (except 0) raised to the power 0 is 1.
(a^2 b^0 c)^0 = 1.

10^4 = 10,000

Anything to the 0 power = 1, so (a^2 b^0 c)^0 = 1

10^4= 10000
(a^2b^0c)^0 = 1
because the exponent outside is 0 and when you multiply the exponent 0 to the exponent inside all the exponent will be 0.
therefore the answer will be 1
