Now that Bush admits his admn leaked Plame's identity, why has he not apologized to the Plames?

A decent person would. Libby, Cheney, Armatage, Rove, and Ari Fleischer did ruin her career . And Bush was OK with this?

When I watched her testify she said her career was not ruined in the CIA and that she could still get promoted. And it is the Wilsons, since she is married to that attention whore Joe Wilson. I guess then, there is no reason to apologise.

It would not be appropriate. But Bush should have pardoned Libby outright, since Libby committed no identifiable crime.
