You can still get pregnant, but it will be tricky.

If you still have your uterus (womb) and your ovaries you can have IVF where doctors take an egg and fertilize with with your husband's sperm and then implant it into your womb.

Tricky, fussy and expensive.

But doable.

You must use IVF in order to get pregnant. They can either take the eggs from you (if they are still healthy) or you can get a donor egg. I'm surprised your doctor didn't discuss this with you. I'm also surprised why they would have removed both tubes? It's pretty uncommon to get an ectopic in both tubes at the same time. Most women only throw eggs out of one ovary per cycle. Moreover, many tubal pregnancies are now resolved without surgery at all. Consult a fertility specialist and have him/her review your surgical record.

Tubes being decrease/tied furnish up the eggs being fertilised utilising certainty they do no longer look launched into a interior sight the area the sperm can fertilise them. If performed perfect there is the smallest, tiniest, miniscule possibility of with the capacity to get pregnant. optimum stated circumstances the area human beings have have been given pregnant are whilst the operation wasn't performed suited or very no longer often the tubes have mended themselves. that's reversable in optimum circumstances besides the certainty that so as quickly as you attempt to concieve that could desire to be an decision.

The only way is IVF, to get pregnant naturally an egg and sperm must meet in the fallopian tubes and travel to your uterus...if your fallopian tubes were removed this process can not happen.
