By definition, 15 to life means they CAN be released after serving 15 years of a LIFE sentence. Good behavior is certainly one thing that would affect the decision to release or hold the person after 15 years.

If your state has truth in sentencing, the person will have to do a minimum of 15 years of their sentence before being allowed parole on good behavior. Either way, if the person was given a sentence like you state, yes they can. It just depends on the sentencing laws of your state.

Depends on the nature of the crime. Parole or probation is more likely than full release.

Only if they are allowed to be Paroled. Parole is release for good behavior. That's all it is.
