To get a C in history, Nandan must average 70 on four tests. Scores on the first three tests were 69, 79, and 60. What is the lowest score that Nandan can get on the last test and still receive a C?

Sum of three tests = 69 + 79 + 60 = 208
Must score 72 in final test.

(69 + 79 + 60 + x)/4 = 70

(208 + x)/4 = 70
52 + 1/4x = 70
1/4x = 18
x = 72

So he has to score at least 72 on his last test.
