lip pulled sounds the least painful. and i would punch in the stomach to ensure winning.

speak like an adult talk things through and try to avoid at all costs coming to blows- worst comes to the worst id fight cleanly all that you have mentioned is what my 6 yr old reverts to when she is losing a fight!

I'd rather be toe stamped and I would employ all tactics to win. I've never had a real fight though.
