RE:
I am looking for a inexpensive wireless doorbell, that works, nothing fancy, any ideas?
1) i need to pick it up at my local hardware store/lowes/HD/menards etc.
2) if it came with more than one button, that'd be great (front door/and back door)
3) i dont want to do any wiring, so if there is a wireless one, that's what i'm looking for
4) and easy to press/big button/...

I bought one at Walmart for $19.95, about a year ago. It has two buttons and rings four chimes for the front and two chimes for the rear. I pulled out the batteries because the darn thing drove me crazy, ringing on it's own, 24/7. I first tried changing the code,( they give you a choice of two), but that was worse!
I live in an area that has a population of 20 people per square mile, so I can't figure out where the interference is coming from.
I had already disposed of the sales slip, so I just gave up and bought a $7.50 solid brass door knocker.

Someone gave us one years ago that fits all your criteria but that person is no longer with us, so I can*t tell you where to get one just that they do exist. However, it doesn*t ring front and back. It is battery operated.
Call your local hardware store and ask if they have them or else go on line at Google; search ; wireless door bells.
You should be able to find one that way.

Okay this is the best wireless door bell, shouldn't cost much and you can get one tone for front door and a different tone for the back door. Go to your local hardware shop and ask to see their cow bells. All you need are two different sized bells and some rope to tie to the middle clapper and wal la instant door bell.
No wiring and yeah it's a little funny but hey it WILL work for sure! lol

One of the best favors I ever received was a votive candle in a glass candle holder with the name and date written on it (it was something we could use). My husband and I are both avid readers so we had cross bookmarks made with ribbon in our wedding colors (elegant and only 25 cents each. Another option is to buy little glass bottles and fill them with something a dried flower arrangement would be lovely, or bath salts, or rose water, than you could tie a ribbon around it in your wedding colors.

Go to Menards. I have two of theirs and they work great. They are inexpensive. Don't forget to buy the batteries while you're there.
