What would the person have to look like, act like for you as a hirer to feel threatened by them, extremely uncommunicative, etc.., or to simply not like the person?
want out as quick as possible when they come in for an interview? And makes them want to lie about a position being open or not, and be vague about who does the hiring and throw them off on how to contact them, and embarrass and humiliate in front of everyone else in the restaurant?

If you are unfriendly, uncooperative, poorly groomed, and so on during the interview, why would the interviewer expect you to be any different on the job?

The interviewer wants to hire someone. It is not in his interest to take any longer than necessary. Perhaps you are giving off an unflattering impression of yourself.

Do you know an adult in any business who interviews people, such as the parent of a friend? Ask that person if he or she will do a mock (pretend) interview of you.

Looking like a thug would do it. Baggy pants or other non interview clothing, face piercing, poor langauge skills or being uncommunicative.
If you feel this way and don't want the job just thank them for the time and leave. If you do want the job thank them for the time and leave then write your thank you note asking for the job.

It sounds like the person you are trying to describe is aggressive if the hirer feels threatened by them....too aggressive is not good for morale...

Unprofessional presentation of oneself will surely kill an interview.
