I think of a wonderful place that has facial services, massages, a sauna and maybe a hot tub, hairdressing, and nail services. It would be a relaxing place, with luxurious surroundings, drapes of Dupioni silk, satin wraps for the patrons to wear while at the spa. And products to support all the services the patron has had while in the spa, for them to purchase for at-home use.

I think of lots of fun things that don't work. You can get weird things plastered all over your face, sit in a mud bath, have cucumbers put over your eyes and experience "aroma therapy". Sure, none of it makes any real difference, but you leave much poorer and feeling a little bit better about yourself.
