In one story it says he was given a release due to personal reasons. Then you read that he wanted out because WWE wouldn't let him take so many painkillers. THen you hear that it's because his health was failing and WWE didn't wanna take a chance.

Don't know which story is true, and I guess we'll never know. But I don't miss him. He wasn't that entertaining. Sure, he could wrestle, but he wasn't that great. At least for me.

Let him spit all over during his promos in TNA. WWE doesn't need him.

Kurt reportedly left the WWE due to personal reasons. Whatever his reasons specifically were we won't really know. But speculation is that he wasn't happy with his situation: he had a hot stint as World heavyweight champion on SmackDown which abruptly ended at WrestleMania, then was drafted to ECW shortly thereafter - in which he doesn't fit in that brand at all. If these two circumstances was the basis of Kurt leaving, then I couldn't blame him.

TNA has an easier schedule than the WWE, and thats why he's there.

Kurt Angle went to TNA because he knew that he'd be bigger than ever in TNA and thats exactly what he is and why he's heavywight champion again.

Because TNA has a far less hectic travelling schedule than the WWE. Angle wanted to spend more time with his family.
