Let a>b and a
Here's the answer.
5x+3≠-22 --> Write the problem.
5x≠-25 --> Subtract 3 on both sides of the equation.
x≠-5 --> Divide 5 on both sides of the equation.
So the answer is x≠-5.

this can be interpreted in two different ways:
1) algerbraically which would be:
5x + 3 = 5 times x + 3 therefore equalls the same
OR
2) 5 x +3 which is 5x3 which = 15, so if this is the case the answer would be GREATER THAN -22.
