I'm not a racist person. However, in my opinion judge is a bigot and racist who has a huge chip on his shoulder. He probably coasted through his entire life thanks to affirmative action and thinks the world owes him a living because of his race. Compare him to that family that owns the dry cleaning business who came here to the United States to make a better life for their family. Here they are working hard and contributing to this great big quilted bed spread we call America. The judge needs to get a life and stop thinking about himself and start appreciated our American motto E Pluribus Unum... Out of the Many, One...

He should be charged really heavy court costs. Enough that he needs to sell a kidney to pay -- he doesn't have a heart!

The judge is a pathetic desperate man. I was planning on moving to Australia if he won a dime. I could not believe it went to court, can we screen something like this, save taxpayers some money?

Your comments will be viewed as racist by some and they are a bit racist. I am not sure affirmitive action played a role in this. I can see where you are going with that, but just think stupid is stupid, no matter race, gender etc. I am sure there are many, many African Americans that affirmitive action has worked for...and there are those that demand more and more because they still think they are entitled..which is wrong. If the judge was suing the state for not making him a higher judge or something along those lines, then it might be different. But to sue hard working immigrants cause they lost your pants, come on dude, get some meds.

There is a new case where some African American ladies are suing Toys R Us because they had to show their receipt when leaving the store, so of course it is racist...would not ask a white lady to show her receipt. How do they know? Did they spy on the store to see if it was only black people being asked for their receipt? I suspect not. But they are suing for 50 mil or something absurd like that. Maybe they fit the profile of a thief, not because they were black, but because of how they acted or looked. Plenty of white thieves out there and plenty of white people that fit the profile of a thief. I bet they got asked for their receipts also. Should the ones that look like theives but had their receipts sue for discrimination as well. "Because I looked like I had not bathed in a week, wore dirty clothes and smelled bad, they assumed that I did not have enough money to buy anything, I want 50 mil as it is my right to not bath and my right to wear torn dirty clothes, it does not make me a thief" HA!

As I understand it, he was unemployed and under serious mental strain when he filed the suit. It makes you wonder what sort of lawyer he was, if he was out of work. It also makes you wonder what sort of selection process chose him as a fit person to be a judge (admittedly an administrative law judge, which sounds fancy but often isn't).

We should actually be heartened by this whole episode. He got his day in court, as is his right, and the judge got to slap him down rather unceremoniously in dismissing such a frivolous suit. The only losers were probably the defendants. I doubt the publicity (which can't have been bad for them) will do too much for their legal fees.

he is a discusting excuse for a human as well as for a judge. he probably already spent his outrageous pay and needed some spending money. what is sad is to wonder if the people that were sent to his court actually got a fair trial. if he can be unfair and biased about a pair of pants and legal immigrants. how unfair and biased was he on his cases?

If it were up to me, he would be disbarred, pay ALL costs for BOTH sides of the lawsuit, and BUY time on national television to make a public apology. Before someone points out that the court can't order all of that, I know it can't. I still wish I could.

It is outrageous. He has caused people who are just trying to make a living spend thousands of dollars to defend themselves on a bogus charge. He should be disbarred and lose his license to practice law. In addition, he should have to pay all of their court costs. He sounds like a mental case.

Tried to use any and all loop holes in order to get what he wanted. Gee, in a week on trial he most likely can make what he was suing for.

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid man!

He should be levied with huge court costs. Frivolous lawsuits are a drain on the system.
