This sounds a like a rhyme or a joke where the answer would be Autexic or Dyslistic or something silly like a person who reads in circles.

If its a real question, the answer is that autism causes a person to have social/relationship processing difficulties. Dyslexia is a reading disorder where the words and/or letters are not seen or are transposed, thus causing reading comprehension difficulties.

That means the person has a very lonely existence unless someone loves them very much and continues to work with them on their handicap.

If you are asking for the name of the diagnosis of a person with autism and dyslexia then there is no specific name. they are two separate diagnoses that are unrelated but possibly coinciding in the same person.
