What peaks my curiosity is something that I find intriguing. I know that's vague, but I don't know how else to phrase this. I love learning new things, adventures, books. I'm pretty open to anything challenging.
What really peaks my curiosity is sky diving, Ive never done that but I am totally up for anything that gives you that adrenalin high. That sense of knowing you're alive or simply that felling of being lucky to be alive. Kind of like surviving something that so few have been lucky enough to live through. That feeling of being immortal if only for a few seconds. That everlasting high. And that my dear peaks my curiosity.

Too many to list. I'll choose one that has always intrigued me.
The "human condition." It's so complex, & I will never learn enough about it. Even those with a "dark side" have some beauty in them. Finding the answer to an "apparent" puzzle, understanding that every individual is very unique & there are great depths when one cares to look. (But that is my profession after all, what came first--the chicken or the egg?)
I'm very intrigued by astrophysicists, prescience, dreams. I wonder why some birds mate for life, & others don't. Why does the heron always stand ALONE in the marshes? Why the leaves of some trees turn down before a rain? Everything, but mostly, people.

This topic of learning is a "universal". To me universals are approachable through the concrete particulars. We're using the best "tool" we have as human beings to "connect the dots" between particulars and universals--our higher intellect. Thinking about thought is extremely pleasureable, yet one can hardly call it physical...that is curious, isn't it?! We need to stay grounded in those concrete particulars. An insight then sneaks up on us...lightning strikes!...then we're hooked on more inquiry, like junkies. We = universal; me = particular.

Lots. Biomimicry, thermodynamics, water management, architecture, geology, traditional agricultural practices, Science of nature in general, ethics, measurement/analysis tools, anything to do with trees.... the list is endless. There is just never enough hours in the day/night. Then I have a whole other list of things I would like to do, things that I really want to learn to do .....

Patterns. They ensnare my mind and make me forget where I live. I observe patterns in nature and write about them. Chaos stuff.
