You don't. You see a specialist and take medicine that is regulated by the FDA instead of risking your health and life trusting people who are glad to take your money.

There are products in the store, but before you go buying any I would strongly suggest talking to your doctor about them. Many of the herbal supplements (which I'm all for in theory) aren't regulated so just check with your doc., before trying anything...

I did a lot of my own research into this very question. As it was done for myself, you will have to judge for yourself if it is worth your consideration. I take DHEA. I recommend you do several searches on various search engines to do your own research and decide for yourself if this is something you want to try. I did, and I have never regretted doing so.
