Somebody give me those instructions to get my prepaid phone service available?

I was having trouble with my account when the network was unavailable on my Virgin Mobile Marbl phone.

call the plan number etc fido, rogers, and dial in your account number on your card to activate your phone

you may have to call customer service for virgin mobile
