Try ginger tablets. Also try to take your prenatal vitamins at a different time of day or after a meal. This could help drastically, vitamins are hard on the stomach sometimes.
I also used Sea-Bands. They are bracelets that you can purchase at any pharmacy by the car sick or travel sickness area. They work by using pressure points on the inside of your wrists. But you need to make sure they are placed right or they won't work as well.
I was going to also ask...Have you been eating before you get out bed and moving or after? If it's been after, try to eat before you get up and moving. Then give a little while for food to settle. This may help.
I also have a friend who swore by drinking some Coke in the AM would help her.
Well good luck I hope you find something that helps:)

I found taking a vitamin b12 tablet every day before I got out of bed helped a lot, plus taking a maxolon tablet every four hours. Also I kept a fresh lemon with me at all times, and when I felt queasy, I scratched the skin and sniffed it...that really settled my stomach. Ginger is also very helpful, either in tablet form, in biscuits or in ginger beer.
My second and third pregnancies were awful with morning sickness, I had to be hospitalised and put on a drip, but for my fourth, fifth and sixth, I used the above regimen and didn't get too sick at all.

I cannot say this one enough, ginger tea!
Take a 2 inch piece of ginger root (very very cheap, so buy lots) and grate it or finely chop it.
Add it to a pot of boiling water and simmer all day long, adding honey to taste. Or you can place the grated ginger root into a mug and pour boiling water over it. I seem to like it more like tea, feels fresher...?
Anyways, you don't need the honey but add it to taste. You can also put in lemon to hide the taste of the ginger if you hate it, but I find this less effective *heart burn*
Hope you feel better soon.
Also try to sleep with your bed raised at the head by about 10 inches, this helps keep the stomach acid towards and not coming back into your throat and mouth.
Eat non stop even if you throw it up!

A long time ago I had severe morning sickness to the point where I was losing weight every time I went to the doctors office. I remember that I was able to eat flavored ( like fruit flavored) Popsicles.
Talk to the OB/GYN about this problem and see what he/she suggests.
Good luck with your problem and hopefully it will quit soon.
Oh- by the way, our son was our biggest baby at 10 lbs and 7 ounces. He was healthy as a horse.
Hope that bit of information gives you some assurance

Something that I tried is ginger candy. I bought it at an Asian grocery and it really helped me when I was feeling miserable with morning sickness. It calms it down a bit. I tried everything the doctor suggested as well and this is what worked the best. My friend who is a nutritionist recommended it. Try it and see if it works. All the best.

I found that not eating for extended periods of time (ie. when i slept) caused me to feel sick. What I started to do is eat before bed (small amount because a lot will cause heartburn, and usually a complex carb so that it would take my body longer to break it down) and then I would set an alarm for a couple hours later and quickly eat another complex carb and go back to sleep. Then when I woke up in the morning, I would eat something immeadiately. Hope this helps and good luck, hope you start feeling better.

Well, Everyone's different. You can try smelling ginger. That can help you get some saltines down, then you might feel a little better. I did better with either 7-up or Hawiian punch than with tea. I also chewed mint gum. (Orbit Sweet Mint was my favorite) That helped me. Make sure when you can eat that you get some protein, because that helps too.

Try drinking a can of ginger ale in the mornings. It helped me some. Also, try eating a little meals every couple hours rather then 3 big meals a day. Hope I helped.

Dear, all that can help is time. I was in the hospital with dehydration for my morning sickness when I was pregnant, plus, the doctors gave me prescriptions for it that didn't help. Some people have taken Dramimine, but ask your OBGYN first. Peanut butter toast has helped some people, peach juice from canned peaches, peppermint candies (the pink ones) and peppermint tea.
I know it is hard to go through, but the little miracle that is growing inside you is going to make you forget about it!!
