Without question.
I think is mostly because of the votes required it might not happen but I also think if the proceedings start and the evidence starts showing the facts then the votes will come because people will require the impeachment and the elections are close, so pleasing the people is what is on now.
I also think that with all the power that Bush has giving to himself and the democrats knowing that they have a great chance of obtaining that power they just don't want to do it. Then they can get that power and say well Bush did it why can't we?
What people don't understand is that if we do not impeach, then we are one terrorist attack away from having a dictator or losing all freedom, if Bush or the next president pleases.

Probably not, though I suspect both will be charged with war crimes as the documents are sitting at the World court waiting to be filed when they leave office!
Right now the Democrats have enough votes to vote for an impeachment, like the Republicans did Clinton, though Bush has done far worse than Clinton ever thought of doing!!
However then it must be tried in the house and it requires a 2/3 vote to impeach! Clinton was tried but the Republican controlled house did not have the votes, just the same as they would not have until the elections in 2008!
That could change depending on his actions, and there is a large ground swell to impeach him! People want him impeached and they are frustrated that it has not been done!
Actually, no American President has been impeached and convicted! Though Nixon would have been!
And to who ever said what crimes. This page isn't long enough to name them!
Koala, Bush will beat Clinton by far when all is said and done! And just for the record, Clinton was never impeached!\
And Bush is the first criminal (convicted of Possession of Cocaine in Texas) to become president! And Bush can't keep it in his pants either!

Unlikely.
The fact that they willfully violate the law is without question. They've public acknowledged it, and it's impossible for any objective person to deny.
But, impeachment is not about the law. It's a political process. And even if the House files a Bill of Impeachment, there is no way in this political climate that the Senate would vote 2/3 to convict. It doesn't matter what the law says or how much the laws have been broken. It's a partisan political vote.

There's a difference in believing that they are poor at their position and proving they have violated the law.
Even if one believes they have violated the law, the House and Senate have to have the will to impeach. There are too many moral cowards in the legislative to push back against the president, who in any event has stacked the Supreme Court in favor of executive power, rather than legislative power.
Therefore, there will be no attempt to impeach the president.

Yes. The law goes for everybody, young or old, power full or weak, wealthy or poor. Everyone gets the same laws and rights no matter who they are. Bush and Cheney should be impeached because they nearly broke the law, by not following it and conducting it politically and humanly.

There is not sufficient support for this to happen in the current Congress, but hopefully they will be brought to justice AFTER they leave office.
This will go a long way towards restoring credibility in and respect for the US in the rest of the world.

They should have already been Impeached. It is Congress disregard for law why they have not been Impeached yet.

Law? You must be thinking of the recent subpoena from the legislative branch to the executive branch. That's hardly a law. Ever heard of separation of powers?
