it depends. if you already famous and have famous friends, then you proobably don't have to pay.
If you have to pay for one, you will probably need someone to contact them and it will costs millions for them to preform.
If you just want them to come and not do stuff, it is probably unlikely because celebrities don't usually do that.

I mean even tho this personz not popular anymore and no1 likz him, one time he got 10's of millions of dollars for performing
but sometimez, it can be inexpensive...
