I always hate myself for doing it afterwards, and after today, I got this huge Trojan that I can't get rid of (VirusProtectPro v3.4...plz give me info on how to get rid of them!!!) and my parents are going to kill me! I have SpyBot, AdAware, and Trend Micro but they won't get rid of the whole thing. How do I stop the impulses to look at pornography?!

looks like it might be a bit more complicated than just a simple use of an antivirus. but there is a way

read it through. i suggest going the automated route if you are a novice or are uncomfortable navigating through the operating system. You may also want to invest in a good anti-virus program, or if you want to go the free route check out AVAST @ http://www.avast.com . they have a free antivirus that works very well

Your situation is very typical of people with porn and sex addictions. You're viewing/doing it in a secret and dangerous situation. Believe me, this is more a part of the exitement you feel that the stimulation you get from the sex. You probably have feelings of anger at your parents and this is one outlet for it. You can do something you think is bad and do it in secret as a silent protest against your parents. The fact that you might get caught adds to the excitement.
I don't know if you can express these feelings in a more direct way. I don't know how your parents are. But expressing these feelings more directly can certainly be better than looking at porn. Porn, as you've already observed, never quite satisfies, and leaves you with the feeling that you've violated yourself, which you have. This will grow bigger and more dangerous as you grow older and you can get into more trouble because you have more feedom.
Try to find another outlet. Think about how you feel before looking at porn. If your parents are approachable, try expressing your anger to them in constructive ways. You know better than anyone wether this is a good idea or not. If you feel you can't talk to your parents, talk to friends. You anger is valid. Don't pretend you don't have it.
Looking at porn isn't bad. The fact that you think it's bad is important though, and part of the stimulation.

Get a girlfriend, or boyfriend, sheep, whatever it is you're into but that stuff will mess ya up. How about telling your parents that you have a porn addiction? Im pretty sure if you tell them that they'll bring it up sometime, before they leave, or whatever, and it will make u hopefully feel uncomfortable, so when you're doing your thing you'll think of them......unless you're into that sort of stuff.

Point is, keep busy......with something else. Heh

You should not give answers to people on other poeople's computers that don't have Administrator Rights or permissions or privileges. If this alleged 14 year old has Administrator Privileges - the parents in one sense deserve what they get - both a security failure in their child and their computer.

You're 14... I doubt it's as much an addiction as... "Hey... she's nekkid!"

Dude... I was 14 too... You'll grow out of it.

In the meantime, simply reboot into safe mode, pull the entry for the trojan out of th registry, and delete the file... or run the scans in safe mode... that might do it.

I'd suggest telling your parents. They are going to find out one way or another, and they'd probably be less mad if you told them now. Also, I'd recommend downloading and running the AVG free virus scanner, from http://free.grisoft.com/
This is probably your best bet for getting rid of that virus.
