It isn't!!!!!!!!!
Decide what it is you want, devise a plan on how to get it, and go for it. It is only the fearful, meek, and irresolute who do nothing.... and nothing is a decision!!!..... If there are things in your life that are unsatisfactory, ditch them... In fact one way to order your life is a little phrase that I picked up long ago at a time management seminar:
Do it now,
Delegate it now, or
Ditch it now..
It un-clutters your life and helps define your goals.

Routines are hard to break and start new ones. The heart can't always keep up with the head either. Even though you are doing the right thing it's still difficult to start over.
It's a process but everyday it goes more and more into the past and new memories and new routine begin to emerge.
Take it easy but take it.

I think it's in large part due to the fact that people in general like feeling sorry for themselves. Everyone does it and sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get ourselves out of that mode. You can't move on without getting past self-pity though.

Please always remember that you can do anything you choose to do! That is the secret. Of course that doesnt mean you can be mean and cruel to others. But you can better yourself and your life w/o affecting others.
BELIEVE IT!
