No, its not too late. If you have graduated from high school or have earned a degree equivalent to a high school diploma a college/university will still accept your application. You will be expected to write about what you have done for these last two years and why you elected not to go straight to college after completing your secondary education. Take time to really develop a full response that reflects a sense of your passion for learning and want to pursue higher education.

It is never to late to start back to school. I started back about 8 years ago after an absence of 15 plus years. I will be getting my bachelors degree next May.

Goodness, no. I've heard of people getting their degrees in their 90s, because they didn't have an opportunity to do it earlier.
