We played tennis for about 4 hours then he felt a little pain in his heart so we stopped. We always drink water when we played 4 bottles for each of us. When we got home, I let him eat some noodles and a sandwich. Now he's vomiting. My other now brought him to the emergency.

Not sure what's wrong. This happened before when we played tennis. Last time, we didn't drink water and he felt pain in his heart. But this time that we drank water, he vomited.

Do you what's wrong with him? Exhaustion, dyhydration or something else? Vomiting is a bit extreme and Im worried it's something serious. He's only 26 years old and average weight.

don't worry too much. it could be nothing. after 4 hours of tennis, and 4 bottles of water, its not that surprising he's vomitting.

i used to get really bad chest pains all the time to the point whree i couldnt breathe and it turned out all it was was inflamation. it's caled costochondritis or something?

but there is a lot of things it could possibly be that are'nt serious.

best of luck. hope everything is okay with your brother, that's always a scary situation.

It sounds like heat exhaustion to me. here are the symptoms:

Warning signs of heat exhaustion include:

* heavy sweating
* paleness
* muscle cramps
* tiredness
* weakness
* dizziness
* headache
* nausea or vomiting
* fainting

It's good that you got him the the ER, because even if it's just heat exhaustion it can get serious, and chest pain should always be checked out.

drank too much water prolly....4 bottles is a lot....a lot of runners drink too much water and experience complications such as vomiting and so forth.

hmmm... you dont say there are any other symptoms except vomiting and "heart pain". cant say much with just this much info. but better look out for conduction defects in the heart.ECG.
