No because I never eat donuts.
But I do like beer batter crispy fried chicken and sometimes I imagine I get a little tipsy if I eat too much.
So maybe yea.

You can't. All the beer is cooked away (aww man). Same thing for beer battered fries and chicken.

No. The alcohol that would make you drunk is burned off during the cooking process.

You cannot, when they are fried or cooked the alcohol evaporates, the reason to use beer is to get those natural flavors of barely and other herbs, there would be no alcohol left after cooking
