In personal finance it's "How do I get rich?" In health it's "How do I lose weight quickly?" Here it's "How do I get an agent?" The answers to all of these questions are ridiculously easy. For the first one, save and invest a portion of your income and live below your means on the rest. Number two, eat less and exercise more. Number three get training and amateur experience until you are ready to work at the professional level. Merely knowing the addresses of agents means that you can be one of thousands who send in their stuff only to have it thrown out with nothing more than a quick glance. If you don't know enough to know that you don't know enough to work. Pay your dues.

We do NOT live in your city! How would we have that information?

Do you have a resume with your acting roles?
If not, work on that before you meet with an agent.

Ask your actor friends. They should be able to refer you to agents, or, ask your acting teacher. Are you sure you are ready for an agent?

Have you performed in lead roles at your community theater.

Have you performed lead roles at professional theaters in your city?

Agents want to see that actors have had lead roles, at quality theaters.
