Do you go to a school or college to become a wedding planner?

I would like to know if there is like a college for thatt because I want to go to a college not a vocational school. Thank you.

You can't major in wedding planning, but a college degree would be extremely useful. Consider business or communications as a major, but you could do it with a major in one of the liberal arts as well. The reason is basically that most of the people who would hire a wedding planner are college-educated, and they want to get the sense that the person they are working with has similar values and tastes to their own.
