My friend and I were making videos of us on my trampoline and my camera was pretty full so we made videos 2 seconds long and it says it failed to upload. Is it because it was too small?

It can be as short as it wants. there may be a problem with the format.

The shortest I've ever seen was 9 seconds. Try making them at least that much.
