Yes, as long as you watch when feeding them that both are able to get enough to eat and all get along. The oranda's heavier body doesn't allow them to swim as fast, so don't allow the common to be a hog, and sometimes larger fish can bully smaller ones. If they all get along, your tank is large enough for all of them, and you keep up with cleaning/water changes it should be okay.
They may all be small now, but the three will need a 30-40 gallon tank by the time they're adults.

yes goldfish are very tolerant fish. I had 3 oranda's and some regular ones in the same tank with a few odd fish here and there. The only thing I would worry about is how much they go potty! they may send your levels off. I counter acted this by putting live plants in the tank and rooted some out of the tank. the fish loved it and ate some of the roots, make sure they are not poison to fish tho, lol. Good Luck!

You can put them together, but its best to keep Oranda's together because they are slower swimmers than regular common goldfish and they might not get the food they need because they couldn't get to it quick enough.

all fancy goldfish can be put with any other fancy goldfish
except bubble eye and celestial can only be ketp with one another
