It is absolutly impossible to distinguish enyone metal in our body. But we can speak that iron is one of the important metal, because so important molecule as haemohlobin contain it. There are many enzymes, which contain Fe (for instance rememer about cytohromes, which form electron chains and take part in ATP formation. Another important enzymes are peroxidases and catalase).
But another metals play important role to. - calcium -is base for our bones, it also take part in fibrillation, in clonus.
Cu - contained in cytochrome a/a3
Zn take part in different cell's processes, it is activating agent of the insulin, and another cell's structures
Co - is base of vitamin B12, which structure Doroty Hodjkin opened

P.S. More information you can find in one of the beautiful book "Principles of biochemistry" (A. Lehninger)
