WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't be so ridiculous.
Bah bah black sheep is an old time nursery rhyme so nobody can say its a form of racism.
Anyone who does is very immature and seriously needs to grow up.
Honestly, I've never heard such rubbish in all my life.
I think you must be on a wind up.

Some people think it was wrong to classify the sheep as 'black' considering that black sheep do actually exist, and that 'black' is a fairly accurate description of their colour (about as accurate as 'white' is for more common sheep, anyway). Some schools have been asked to change song to " bah bah rainbow sheep " instead.

Are you serious?
A board which is black, is by its very nature a "blackboard."
You could call it a chalkboard if you wish but I can't see many black people being upset at the thoughts of using the word blackboard.
And some sheep are indeed black, like the one in the song. I sing it to my daughter, and no one complains.
Also note the flying of Union Flags and St George's flag is NOT illegal, and anyone who says it is is clearly mistaken or stirring up trouble.

The nursery rhyme not only is not racist, it has nothing to do with racism at all. I loved the nursery rhyme as a child. The black sheep in other forms: Black sleep of the family, meaning the one who didn't always obey the rules. That is disgusting to think your brother got into trouble over that. You did not mention who got him in trouble for it. It is plain silly anyway to get in trouble over this. Somebody is just trying to stir something up. Best advice: Let it be.

It's a load of rubbish concocted by the right wing papers to bash anyone who doesn't agree with them.
We sing baa baa black sheep at our school and still write on a blackboard as well as using whiteboards.

If you believe everything people say to you, SOME of them will say more and more outrageous things to you to find out just how gullible you are.
Are you quite sure that's not what's happening?
P.S. There exists "Sam and the Tigers: A Retelling of 'Little Black Sambo'," by Julius Lester, an African-American, with illustrations by Jerry Pinkney.

Because the pc brigade are **** scared of the word black, so they think that by cutting it out of everyday language, black people wont be offended. But what the hell else do you call a black sheep? It is actually black.

Probably for the same reason that the delightful children's tale of "Little Black Sambo" can no longer be found, and why Mark Twain's classic stories of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn are verboten on many library shelves.
People choose to be offended and make sure no one else enjoys the stories, so everyone's miserable.
