Ah, I'm just getting to lunch ... which might hold me the rest of the night.
It's a Italin noodle wrapped around persuto, goat cheese, and cream filling ... chilled ... topped with fresh tomatoes & a table spoon of Puteneska sauce ... and Chiante to wash it down ... of course.

Just a plain tortilla with meat,cheese,lettuce,sliced tomatoe,and onion,roll it up in the tortilla and dip in sour cream!

were having lunchmeat sandwiches as its 86 degrees here and we have no ac so its too hot to cook!
