yes, I have..the only thing I could do is go sit in a park if the weather allowed it..if not,I just walked around etc
if you have headphones, USE them, put some amazing music that you love & just ignore them...concentrate on your own life & don't pay too much attention to them, becos that's exactly what they find..the more attention you give them, the better they feel etc...just do things that make you feel happy & donot let them make your life sad...I know that might be difficult right now, but it is possible. the angrier you get, the more they win (& think they have won)..don't let them win! they probably don't know what they're doing & are ignorant people for whom hurting & upsetting others is the only happiness they have in their lives...they're very sad!
if all the above fails, tell your doctor if he might be able to help....

Would ear plugs work. People always think that others should change to accommodate them and refuse to make changes for themselves (usually citing the "Well I won't because I shouldn't have to.") I agree you shouldn't have to but the reality is that you will have to make changes. Try ear plugs, turning your music or TV louder to drown them out. You could also Ask very nicely for them to stop. I am sure you tried when you were pissed and that rarely works, I would even suggest you apologize for being so angry before and explain how their behavior makes you very upset. You could even take it a step further and buy them a cake or something as a peace offering.
If these are noisy neighbors because they are young and always partying, then again try to be nice, but this will maybe not be so effective. Call the police if it is late at night, and continue with the case. Just use earplugs to preserve your sanity for now.

I've handled this two different ways. When we were first married the couple next door were like this, and once the whole building was woken up by her screaming and several of the men were going to break down the door because they thought she was being murdered. We learned to simply applaud loudly and that seemed to get the message across. The other was recently and at my daughters apartment where the guy next door tends to bring home drunks and keep her up all night with his "noise". After staying there one night, and being kept up all freaking night long, I wrote him a note including everything he said and well he's been a whole lot more quiet since then. You can also call the cops and/or go to the leasing management.

Many dynamic Jazz musican's deal with panic disorder. This is where the "Jazz" music comes from. They turn the loud noises into music ... the starting point of this is getting the beat ... aka base ... you have to decide if the sound is coming at you in 4 beats, 6 beats, or 8 beats ... then you can let in other sounds into the mix while keeping the beat.

We purchased an old 2 story house to rennovate. Then the problems began, with our health, we still have made a huge progress, so that has been an outlet to us from the rest of the neighborhood that is rental property. The police will come and settle them down but...this one family keeps coming back, we have decided it's their way of communicating and we laugh. Sort of like : And we thought we were bad. I too am on an anti-depressant, anxiety med, and mood swing med. But, I've taken it in stride. And when we are in the house we can't hear them at all.

There are time when everyone will do things to agitate others, even I do. I try to talk to them but other times I have to tune them out. When I had younger neighbors (the walls were to thin) they would have sex at three o'clock am. What do you say "Please move the bed away from the wall!" Or pray they finished fast. I am old enough that at three am all I want is to sleep and I sure did not want to listen to others having fun.

I guess you might want to do somthing that might relax you while you hear such noise. example: read the Bible (if your christian)
Or you might as well talk to your neighbors, move out with some friend or family member while local authorities take action.
