What is your opinion of David Cone?

Yankee pitcher from 1995-2000. He wore #36. He pitched a perfect game for the Yankees in 1999 against the Expos.

He was past his prime when the Yanks got him, but still a great addition for the team during that span. They won four World Series with him on the unit. He had a very good career, but not Hall of Fame worthy.

He was a great pitcher. I was at that game vs the expos. He will always be remembered for that.

He's an AMAZING pitcher even when he wasn't in his prime. How many other pitchers do you know can pitch a PERFECT game????

Cone was an OK pitcher who is best known for 2 things..
1. his perfect game
2. getting caught spanking it in the bullpen

im a mets fan so when he went to the yankees i was mad but he was a great pitcher.
