Any information about "blossom end rot" on tomatoes?

make a solution of epsom salts and spray them. helps eliminate end rot, gives the plant some trace elements it likes, and generally improves the tomatoes well being.

You cannot save what is already infected but the plants need calcium. Epsom salts help the plants absorb nutrients faster.
