the cut is closer to the rectum, and its sorta deep too.

go to the doc, state what happened and how. no one will judge you. it is a dangerous place to get a tear due to fecal matter and germs. go with no delay.

Maybe you should go see a doctor. A tear in the perineum or the rectum is serious.
If it is too deep, it needs to be stitched.
And if you tore your perineum from foreplay, I don't think it was foreplay.

Get someone to check it out. If it is near rectum you might be needing antibiotics to prevent infection.
You may or may not need stitches.
