I was driving the car and next to me was my little son who is 9 years old. I complimented him and he was like "oh okay" with a smile on his face, and suddenly a not so good smell came. He farted, can that be how he show me love? Because if thats how he gonna show me love then I don't want any love.

He's a boy, they do that it doesn't mean that he doesn't love you.

Uh..I wouldn't slap his face. Jeez.
His fart had nothing to do with what you said. He had to poot and he did. It was bad timing.
However, I have to ask, how old or mature are you that you would take it so personally? He's just a little boy.
He's going to do LOTS of little boy things that won't seem to make any sense. His growing as a person isn't about you. It's about him.
Keep loving him and chalk it up to boys being boys.

he's nine. he doesn't want to say thank you mother, i lov eyou. kids don't do that. he does love you, but most likely he will try to avoid saying it or he will just laugh it off. don't worry about it, he's probably afraid of showing his love. because i am like that, when my parents say i love you, i can't say it back (i'm shy i guess..idk) so i just say "eh.." then i walk away. but really, i love them to the bottom of my heart...
