Yes. Actually I was lucky enough to have my great grandmother until I was 15 so the stories are just amazing! Now at 20 I still have all my grandparents and I love their stories. Most I've heard 50 times but they're still amazing time after time.
Actually even the stories my dad tells I could listen to time and again. My mom though not so much.

Wow. Ok, First, your not Bad for feeling these things. Parents have a hard time taking care of an Autistic Child, your still a kid yourself. I understand that your Parents need to work in order to take care of all of you and I also know that daycare for Children with Autism isn't readily available. Sit down with both of your parents & explain that while you want to help out with your brother, your feeling overwhelmed and would like to discuss options for him. Maybe someone else can take him for part of the week. Or maybe they can research day camps for him that target Autistic Children. In the meanwhile see if you can join a support group for siblings of Autistic Children. You should be able to pick up some coping strategies that way. Lastly I was to commend you for stepping in to be your brothers caretaker. It is a hard job.

My dad's mom died long before I was born, and his dad when I was three, so I never got a chance to ask them anything. My mom's dad told us fascinating stories about his days in the coal mines, he started working there when he was 8 years old! My mom's mom never wanted to talk about that kind of stuff, and she's 95 now and I still can't get anything out of her! Now that I'm doing my family history, I really REALLY wish I could have heard all the old stories, but it's never gonna happen now. You should start writing down the stories you hear, to keep them forever, and pass them down to your children.
