Frogs gernally eat when they want to. Most are not heavy eaters. Captive tree frogs dont need lots of food. But they will eat pretty much anything thats smaller than them and wiggles. Do the mealworms wiggle? You may also try crickets. I feed my frogs crickets from the pet store. Like a snake, they will eat if hungry, not eat if not hungry.

Another thing I have noticed with mine, if the potential food is dead and or disapears uneder the substrate, your frogs wont see the food and thus wont eat it. If your frog is getting skinny despite visible, live food. Then he is sick. Good luck with your froggie

Try putting a few mealworms in a small ceramic dish inside the tank. The dish needs to be smooth on the inside so the worms can't crawl out and no more then a couple inches deep so the frogs can reach them.
