The only 100% way to not get pregnant is by not having sex. So, yes, even with the shot and condoms, you can get pregnant, although the risk is a lot lower than if you didn't use any protection. I know someone who got pregnant with an IUD (inter-uterine device) and that is supposed to be more effective than having your tubes tied.

YES, you can. As long as sperm enters the vagina you can get pregnant at any time.

Its less likely, especially with two forms of birth control, but you still can.

its really unlikely you would have to be really really unlucky!!! well done for being so responsible! its always best to wear condoms as well as depo or pill as it protects u from STIs.
