well obviously its not good to get angry all the time!

but its been proven that being in a relationship with no disagreements isnt good for you because that means you're keeping all of your anger inside.

obviously there will be friction in many relationships whether it's your partner, family member or friend but it is always better to discuss disagreements than to never mention them at all.

No it is not. At times it can be stressful on the body. Also it is a good way to lose your friends.

Well it doesn't have to be habitual but it is good to clear the air occasionally and quite normal as well.
