It should be a simple matter to remove the damaged insulation and replace it. Look up "insulation contractors" in your phone book.

It is cheaper to take care of it yourself. Use Simple Green to clean up the mess and get Kilz primer. This is a sealing primer and it will block the smell. If it is in the insulation you will have to have it replaced.

If you use a mixture of ammonia and lemon juice , this will clean and rid the smell

Nope. I'm sorry but that's a problem you're going to have to deal with on your own.
Of course, you can always pay someone to do it because money "still" talks.
