Yes. I always tip. I'm a bartender and I know all to well what it's like to work your tail off and get nothing for it.
That being said, if I have a cute, sexy happy and smiley waitress, I will tip her more. It's not very nice but lets face it, that the way of it. I know that if I wear black, I'll get more tips than if I wear blue. Does it make sense? No but that's the way it is.
