Led Zeppelin was first and foremost a blues band, NOT a heavy metal band, and "When the Levee Breaks" and "Since I've Been Loving You" are Led Zeppelin at their blues best, albeit from stolen songs. Pages guitar and Plants vocals compliment each other beautifully. The live version of "Since I've Been Loving You", from Madison Square Garden in 1972, is even better than the studio recording. Perfection.
I can't stand "Over the Hills and Far Away".

Led Zeppelin are the great masters of the music and they have influenced many bands.
1. This song is of the Untitled Album Or Led Zeppelin IV. This is a mystic song, and it has a very good drums.
2. This has a good acoustic rhythm and then a powerful electric guitar. It's fantastic.
3. "Since I Been Lovin' You" is a great riffs and perfect love song with the legendary Robert Plant voice.

When the Levee Breaks is a great bluesy number I love listening to it in the car loud. Over the Hills I like the combo of electric and acoustic arrangements. And Since I've Been Loving You is one of the better love songs Plant did due to the blues tinge in it.

Even though they are great songs and I am big Zeppelin fan they were stolen from undiscovered blues singers without permission. Don't believe me? Why are they so stingy about letting other bands take "their" music? Because its not theirs. A book was written not too long ago on how they plagiarized. But the biggest plagiarizing was on the song "stairway to heaven". The entire beginning chord progression was orignially in the song "Tarus" by Spirit . I still like the band but I know what they did was wrong.
P.S. I like those songs because they are catchy and never get boring.
