yep! pushing wheelchairs, using hoists and rolling clients they do get pretty sore, you have my sympathy ! :-)

Nope. I just move two bags, 40 pounds each, from the car into the house without any problems what-so-ever. I told my cat, "Geeeesh, I am strong today". Of course, she ignored me.
